Prices: All prices are in US dollars. The billing for your order will also be in US dollars, including those shipping outside the US. Your total order price will include the price of the product(s) plus any applicable sales tax and shipping charges. Please review your order carefully before submitting it for processing. TNC Scooters reserves the right to change prices for products at any time without prior notice. TNC Scooters reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of sale at any time.
Shopping Cart Delivery Time Estimates
The delivery time estimate provided during checkout does not include the time that it takes us to package the order. Packaging time usually takes between 1-2 business days and occasionally longer during peak business times. Please be aware that your order will usually take between 1-2 business days longer than the shopping cart's shipping time estimate to be delivered.
If you place an order with UPS Overnight, UPS 2-Day, or UPS 3-day shipping and would like it shipped out on the same or next business day, please Contact Us to let us know and we will be glad to assist with expediting the packaging of your order.
Return Policy (Please Read Before Returning Merchandise)
You must contact us in advance to return an item. We have a Merchandise Return System designed to better serve our customers and streamline the returns process. Below are step-by-step instructions for returning a product:
1. Create an online Support Ticket and describe the item being returned and the reason for the return. One of our sales representatives will provide you with a unique RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
2. Repackage the merchandise and include a copy of your original sales receipt. Write your RMA # clearly and legibly on the sales receipt and on the side of the box.
3. Ship the package to TNC Scooters using the following address:

We are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments, so please use a trackable return method such as UPS or US Postal Service with delivery confirmation. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. The original shipping costs to send the order to the buyer are not refundable. A 10% restocking fee will be applied to returned parts. When the merchandise arrives it will be processed by our receiving department. We will inspect the item to ensure it is in new condition and issue a refund accordingly.
All returns must have the RMA # written on the box to be accepted. If you need a replacement part right away we will charge you for the item, but we will credit you upon receiving and processing the returned item. No returns over 15 days from the original invoice date will be accepted. TNC Scooters reserves the right to deny a return on items damaged by the customer or during return shipping. The following items are not acceptable for return: Controllers, CDIs, Chain sold by the foot, or any installed or used parts.
